Project Overview

Kami turns everyday documents into engaging canvases where over thirty million educators and students create, think, and collaborate in real time.

With 90 % of US schools using Kami, their bold new brand identity deserved a marketing website as cohesive and purposeful as the product itself. Kami asked us to streamline dense content for their global teacher audience, and engineer a compelling new WordPress build their in-house developers could own. The result is a faster, fully responsive experience that mirrors the brand’s playfulness and supports their sales team with continued growth.

Built for an internal team.

Prior to this engagement, Kami had been using WordPress for their website for almost 10 years. They also had an internal team that was proficient with WordPress. Rather than migrate to Webflow, Kami made the deliberate choice to continue using WordPress, given the level of familiarity. The new solution keeps design debt at bay, letting a new campaign page be built and approved before lunchtime.
